Made to Order – Each piece is thoughtfully crafted upon purchase, ensuring a level of individuality and care not found in mass production. Please allow approximately 10–13 business days for production, followed by standard shipping times. This approach allows us to offer truly distinctive items—made with intention, not excess.
Shipping – Once your order is complete, it will be dispatched with care. Shipping often occurs within 1–3 business days after production is complete. We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on orders of $70 or more.
Returns & Exchanges – Should your order arrive and not meet expectations, you are welcome to return or exchange your item within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
