Shipping Basics

Most orders ship within 72 hours, unless otherwise noted in the product description. During new product launches, fulfillment may take additional time due to high volume. Custom embroidery items are made to order and may take up to 15 business days to ship. Please plan accordingly when placing your order. International shipments may incur duty fees and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay and duties upon arrival.

Shipping Speeds

U.S. Shipping
• Standard Ground: 3–7 business days
• Express: 2–3 business days
• Free Shipping (when offered): U.S. only, via Standard Ground

International & Canada
• Delivery: 7–14 business days
We do not collect duties or taxes. These are the customer’s responsibility and may be due upon delivery.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your package leaves our facility, delivery is managed by the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or mishandled packages. Please refer to your tracking number and contact the shipping provider with any issues.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase if items are:

• Unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• Full-priced (sale and final sale items are not eligible)

To start a return or exchange, email info@goldenwing.club. Return to address printed on your package.

Custom items and embroidery are non-returnable.

Refunds

Refunds are processed once returns are received and approved.


• Refunds go to the original payment method
• Processing time: 5–10 business days
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Contact us with your order number and item issue at info@goldenwing.club.
